Description
I've been wanting to do something with stained glass for a while now. Finally got around to it.
Would love some feedback, particularly on the brightness. I'm aiming for a lot of darkness in this image, but not so dark that you can't see anything.
I think i'm having a few issues with the brightness on my monitor. Its an LED LCD and the brightness is down as low as it gets, but it still seems to be a lot brighter than the monitor at work.
I had a look at one of my older images (check mate), which looks fine on my computer but at work you can't see a thing. Some feedback on this issue would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Oh by the way, you'll probably need to zoom in on this to see this properly.
One other thing, I need to give credit to Andolaurina's free Ballroom Queen dress.

I know, its a bit mean. :-( I'll probably crop the assassin soon and rename it. He doesn't really belong, i just wanted to test out this light/dark issue i'm having.

Wonderful scene and render, superb reflections!

Marvelous image! I think the lighting worked very well here. You can just make out the bad guy in the shadows as she stands in the beautiful sunlight with just a hint of foreboding.

Reflection magic!! Nice.Maybe a point light on the assassin or a spot light.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I've cropped the assassin out of the final version and renamed it the tower.

Well done! I also have a very bright LED LCD monitor and often err with images found much too dark for other folks. Since I love the play of light, dark, and shadow, as you've used here, it's tough to balance.
