Description
Taken in late September of 2009 at the Hollow. The creek eats away at the roots of the trees along it's bank .. makes for some really cool shots. I had intended to add things to it, fairies and such, but nothing seems to be falling in place lately. I get some good ideas but can't seem to make them work. My Muse left for the Bahamas where the weather is so much nicer then it is here, and Inspiration went with her. I should have gone too, right?
Thanks everyone, for the much treasured comments on the previous post.

Sometimes when my muse leaves me left on my own I come up with something cool so hang in there and keep on keeping on. As for this photograph of this amazing tree roots it stands on its own..

This really is an amazing capture Rita, it reminds me a lot of the trees I used to pass every day while walking to the market in Mexico City. I'm sure if you keep looking those fairies and such will show up soon ;)

The Bahamas are way overrated. Not that I've ever been, but we'll just keep that to ourselves. ;} Beautiful shot! ")

awesome picture of some roots on your property.... It's cool to walk around on the property and find images like this, it made me think of a big tree that fell over at the bottom of my Mother's property many years before she bought it.... some kids years ago broke it up and destroyed the natural beauty - shame, I really liked it.

Outstanding image, Rita. Amazing what nature does in her own way. Great details here, well done. As for the Muse, they are a fickle lot. Mine tends to head out of town every so often, and on occasion emails me some ideas. Which is thoughtful of her. Love that Hollow!!!!!
