Abreojos means "open eyes" in Spanish. I live on the tip of Baja California and Colorado before that.
2013 update. Had to go to work in the states since the crash of 2008. Speend my summers in ND working. Spring and summer in the southwest and winters home in Cabo. Got back into photography and am enjoying that far more than digital landscape programs for many reasons but mainly because it get me away from the computer and out in the world again!
Since I Started playing around with digital art several years ago and have created images I never thought I had the talent to create. I have learned from many great artist in this community since IÂ became a member IÂ believe back in 2002. Â Thanks for stopping by!

Beatiful leading lines along the canyon rims that lead you on and on into the image. I like how the rims have been broken up and you used that to create a coarse texture in the landscape. This is nicely complicated by the intricate fine texture of the weathered sandstone in the foreground. I bet the wind feels great standing on the rim of this place.
