Description
In spite of appearances, she's not singing, she's really screaming. ;)
Why? Because it's a banshee in action who announces bad news for some persons.
The banshee is an entity of the Celtic mythology. It's a feminine spirit which is considered as an omen of death and a messenger from the "other world". She's supposed to get attached to an individual or to a family and when the persons to whom she's bound die or are about to die, she utters horrifying plaintive screams which are difficult to bear.
Originally, the banshee was audible but not visible. Afterward, she was described as sometimes materializing like a young woman with a white hair, a very pale complexion and a face devastated by the sadness.
Sometimes, she's also confused with the "white lady", who is especially known to haunt the edges of roads.
Luckily, the banshees didn't scream on 12/21/2012. A good thing for Eath people. :p

Cette banshee est à la fois magnifique et terrifiante ! Un titre bien choisi qui avec l'image conviendrait parfaitement pour un film d'horreur ;-) On sent bien d'où te vient l'inspiration !! La dernière fois que j'ai entendu parler de banshee, c'est en jouant à Left for Dead 2 :-))

Magnifique travail pour cette Banshee. Un être qu'on n'a pas envie de croiser du tout c'est certain. Même l'arbre semble se tordre sous l'effet de son cri!
