Description
Love the still waters and the early morning sun
on an interesting note, Yesterday I apparently stepped just a bit wrong and strained the ACL on my left leg. I now wear a brace and use a lot of icepacks and limit my workload just a bit....
"I'm getting better though" to misquote the newted peasant in MP's Search for the Holy Grail.

My favorite spot on your ride to work and a super shot Mike. I like the still water and reflections too. PLEASE: take care of that knee Mike. The ACL is only one of the four ligaments in that knee so you need to protect the other three. Hang in there my friend! You know that you are in our prayers!
