Perhaps it's happened to you; you go to the repair shop looking for Mr. Goodwrench, and only seem to run into her -- Ms. Di' Agnosis.
This idea came to me today at work today. Since I work in the automotive field, we get plenty of calls where people are asking for help after being given a diagnosis on their vehicle by some shop. More often than not, the diagnosis they're given isn't even remotely close to what the likely cause actually is. Hence, Ms. Di' Agnosis! Trust me, she gets around.
