Description
Captured back on 4/23/08, early in the AM, just outside of a local park.
The ground was sloped and not level at this spot so I had to plant myself securely to avoid falling over backwards.
Actually, the tree was taller than it looks here, in fact, almost Jack and the Bean Stalk tall.
Don't bother to ZOOM, it comes out the same size.

Wonderful job showing us how very tall this beast is; and I know from experience that those bits on the trunk are much sharper than one would think, and should give a person cause to rethink whether they'd like to climb it or not! I was amazed to see how fast these trees grow. Excellent shot, Harry!
