Description

Hi my dear friends, these days Etna has made its voice heard with loud noises, expulsion of ash and lapilli and lava flows. This photo was taken yesterday, now it seems that Etna has calmed down even though the lava continues to fall but fortunately slowly. I am still with physiotherapy at the knee, and I also do swimming pool. I hope thereby to avoid surgery! Thank you all for the kind comments and favorites in my previous images. :)

Eh ! Volevo venire in Sicilia quest'estate per mostrare l'Etna e Agrigento al mio marito. Adesso mi chiedo se è una buona idea :-) Bellissima cattura del vulcano : è molto affascinante. Take care cara Maria !

Wonderful capture and motif, Maria. Your beautiful neighbour seems to be noisy and smoking at the moment. Good to hear about your progress with the knee.

Don't know how you can stand living so close to such a monster--beautiful as it is. Do you see the lava flows glowing at night?
