a photo image painted over with corel painter. the light in April is quite special as there's no greenery and the sun is alreadly pretty high - this is the message behind... thanks for looking, commenting and faving my really modest works. I am so glad some of them may resonate, and not only in me.

April light makes it such a hopeful time. We're about the same latitude as you when we're home, and this is a familiar and welcome sight. We're a bit farther south now, and the light is quite different.

... and so totally different from our Southern Hemisphere, but I love the "special effects of your personal vision of April." Autumn has arrived here and it is just heavenly - better than our Summer - so far! BTW the nighttime temperatures have dropped down to a comfortable 16-18C now and the days are averaging around about 24-27C, not to bad at all ;)) I wish you a wonderful Springtime and much, much more ... I recognize that light and I recognize those apartments, despite the fact that I've never been there, I've never seen them before this photo, and yet...i think it's the light that renders them so utterly familiar. April light reveals so many things, so many surprising familiarities. This captures that perfectly and I love the mood and the implications of human life.
