Description
My nephew Tomas, who lives in Japan, recently took this shot of passengers, some of them apparently asleep, shown riding the limited express train on the Keisei Electric Railway (not a subway) from its Ueno Station in Tokyo and headed for the Narita Airport.
Camera used was an iPhone.
I postworked the foto to bring it out of the darkness.
Most cool viewed via ZOOM.
Sayonara, and have a nice day.

This really is a cool capture Harry, and I'm surprised how good his iPhone did.

Excellent postworking, Harry! He took a great shot, and their trains are so clean; are the masks to prevent illness or for air quality, I wonder? At any rate, thanks for showing us a glimpse of another world!

What an interesting capture. So Much to derive. People reading, playing with their cell phones some look exhausted from a long day. None of them interacting with each other, and does look very clean. Not sure about the surgical masks though, could be that "Bird Flu" that now plagues the country.

racolt33: in re the surgical masks, the Japanese have worn those for ages, decades before the bird flu and similar epidemics.

Enthralling!

Pollution there maybe...or just paranoid! Great shot, showing life on Japans underground.. Mind you, much the same happens in London but, without the masks! Rob
