I am intrigued by Autocad's 123D Catch. It builds models from photos, that can be saved and exported as .obj to Poser or other programs. This is my living room in Poser, now you can export to Poser real environments and objects, instead of painstakingly rebuild them with CAD, lots of possibilities ...
