Vue8Frontier/Photoshop
Thought it was time to get back into Vue and make sure I hadn't forgotten how to use it! Buildings are from Cornucopia3D...two from a SCIFI Construction set and the Satellite tower from the Star City Bundle.Two procedural terrains create the scene,with a modified landscape material applied.Sky,light and atmo are custom,with stars added.Planet is a sphere set above the cloud layer and far back,with a rock material applied.Rendered with Global Radiosity.Postwork involved a slight levels adjustment and signature. There is a remarkable photo-realistic quality to Vue renders that I’ve always appreciated. In each instance the sky/cloud appearance and light interaction with the cloud plane, the shadows cast on the landscape, are in every respect exceedingly natural. Vue offers a superb tool set which, in the hands of a skilled compositional artist such as you are, lends itself to the creation of impressive art – well done my friend. 5+
