found this little guy in the backyard. Took tons of photos of him (while making sure to keep him hydrated!). This was my favorite one. :)

I've never liked escargot...it always tastes too much like snail! On a serious note, we have a thing over here called Rat Lung disease. People catch it from eating snails and basically their brains get eaten out.
