Description

When is this gonna stop? Well babes sunday i need to fly to Luxembourg, making some arrangements for my passport, and also organising the next steps to take with Severine for when we move. It will of course be hard to find the “adequate”house big enough and affordable for two families, and also most important -we need to find a house where we can take the dogs with us,some owners dont want pets in their house, also because some “vandals”lets their dogs shit everywhere,do damage etc. we have to find someone who trusts us that the dogs wont damage anything, need to maybe make a deposit of 3-4 months rent as “guarantee”. On the other hand i need to change my attitude, because now i have to talk and negotiate probably with people that i personally dislike and i must make sure it does not shows in my face.i think in contrary to what i said earlier in a post, not beeing a house-owner anymore and having to negotiate is harder for me than i thought. For the last 25 years i was able to say “Vokk-you” and now i will come into a position where i have to say “please may i??” -a complete different experience this will be. So far since april 30th we had 3 visitors and potential clients,(at least no one said “No”yet),but i am a freaking nervous guy,ya know for me a look into the eyes and a handshake was always good enough in the old times. Today every fart has to be written in ink, clausulas here and there.etc.......... And i am also aware that my home country is not the land of “Milk and Honey”. Everyone i speak to thinks that Luxembourg is rich, everybody is rich and pays no interests, taxes etc.all this is based on misinformation. We do pay taxes but our govt does not takes as much as other governements for ruling the country. We dont get taxed as much on interests from investments ,our btw tax is the lowest in the EU,but we still have one of the best infrastructures, health system etc in the EU.(i wonder if our delegates can calculate better maybe) And Luxembourg is not the “bankerland”,but we used to depend on our steel production until in the early 70s the crisis hit that sector big time.but beeing a clever nation we switched from industrial to services banks, satellites, communication, new technologies etc,and now we have more than one pillar to hold the country,in contrary to countries like Spain who put everything into one sector (in Valencia its the construction sector 1000s of houses are empty) and not beeing able to adapt quickly on the circumstances. Spain was able to “impost”thousands of people from eastern europe to do the “dirty”jobs for them, because the spaniards also came on the level of not “needing “to dirty their hands anymore ,at least some of them. Now they have to get rid of the roman, ukrainian, bulgarianworkers (now vokking foreigners to the spaniards) anyway crap aside,i wont be able to spend much time online, severine uses a crap-stick 3g access which we have to share. I will try to post the eventual comment to show i am still alive.i will be back home the 11th of may,so god will.I will fly with Ryanair and i do hope they calculated the amount of kerosene correctly (lol)for the flight as in the past we had aircrafts having to land on a different airport. Apparentley the “battle in the air”is kind of rough and to make money and offer cheap flights the companieas have to save money somewhere ,someplace and guess on whos azz they save money??huh.on the passengers azz of course. Well my life insurance is still valuable and paid (lol).

I hope it all goes well for you my man! It sounds like you have had enough of the Sunshine for a while. I guess it only truly shines when all other things are equal - the feel good factor of an economy doing OK. Illusion is everything of course. here in the UK (with debts of 1.2 Trillion pounds) we still attract lots of "external influences", all keen to exploit an easier lifestyle. But I mean! 1.2 Trillion in debt!!

Excellent render! I'll be thinking of you and hoping for the best. Try to remember to breathe once in a while. Is it too late to take up meditation? Does a parachute count as carry-on luggage? You can do this!

I wish you all the good luck and sunshine in the world, Bro! I hope everything works out for you and Ute, and Severine, Rene! A most powerful image you've created here! It's a world-wide problem with all the "Vokkers" running loose and screwing up things for everyone else. A 'service' economy is always less lucrative than a manufacturing economy - but with all the major industrialized countries being run by bankers, investors, speculators, and other "Vokkers" all the manufacturing has been shitcanned to countries like China where labor is much cheaper. You don't have to pay 14-year-olds much, I guess..
