Pose seems a little off,... perhaps a bit more arch of the back. Flying is a very unnatural state for humans. The body moves around its center of gravity, just behind the belly button. With all the weight supported by her wings, she'd have to shift her legs upward to maintain balance. Otherwise, good color, good character, and nice combination of items to make the scene. Lighting works well with the backdrop.

Pretty good! I personally don't see any particular areas that need changing. The best way to take your work to the next level is to learn to do post-work enhancements in photoshop. Poser can produce fairly decent images, but I don't think I have ever seen one straight out of Poser that really grabbed me. Great background, btw.
