This is a slight tweak on the previous image I uploaded yesterday with a different filter and camera angle. The model is Daz's Victoria 3 exported from Daz Studio and rendered in Octane. Render time was about 4 minutes (which is why its a bit grainy!) Note, just for comparison, this is exactly the same model used in an image I uploaded a few years ago entitled "The Look" which was rendered in Cararra. The only thing that's different is the renderer and the hair.
