The young lady just said something to cause the young man some discomfort. Possibilities:
1) That she wants marriage, children and forever.
2) If he would get rid of her husband, she would be VERY grateful.
3) Her Mother is coming for a 3 month visit.
4) Does she really need a breath mint after that garlic and onion sandwich?
