Description
You know.... In a strange sort of way, I kinda miss those funky, campy, glittery girl bands back in the 80s... Maybe because I was younger then... :-D Oh, well...
I've been working on this for about a week, off and on. I thought it would be fun to do something with all 6 of those wonderful Dollz characters by 3dSublime - so here they are left to right: On rhythm and solo guitar, SassySabine, on base, Bella, Vocals, ToshaPosh (dang... there goes another microphone...), on Drums, Kichi on rhythm and solo guitar, FabFortney, on keyboards, HoneyBrighe. The girls are making lots of noise with Richabri's EXCELLENT Rockstage set! It's awesome - it has everything you need for a concert, including the keyboard, drum set, amps, lightstand, and microphones - and it's FREE! Thank you, Richabri! (especially for the microphones, the way Tosha keeps burning them out..).
Sabine and Bella's guitars are by munich68 in freestuff - thanks! Don't remember where I got Fortney's...
So, what do they sound like? I'm thinking it's somewhere between The Bangels and Heart, depending on the mood they're in! LOL
Hope you enjoy this little bit of fun! Now, let's see if I can remember all the stuff I used in this piece....

like Joan Jett and the blackhearts> saw her at a Texas Jam, she had a song called touch me at the time, after jamming another tune she screamed out too the audience with that title song DO YOU WANNA TOUCH ME? must have heard 15.000 people scream back NO!! Heart was my Fave of girl mainliners. cool image and jammin' Rod, super on zoom. singer gal has my blood pressure high.

Very cute image!! The girls look like they are really enjoying themselves....I prefer the "all male" bands....they really "rock"!! There are some good "all girl" bands too....great job!!!

Had a cassett with Heart...Great music...Ya going back.. Good job with the posing on these fantastic characters!! After seeing this gotta turn my music on. Ah the good ole clubbing days :) Now I would probably fall down and hurt myself lol.

VERY COOL Rod! What a bunch of HOTTIES! I spent a long time looking at this image trying to soak up all the fantastic details. I kinda wish it could have been even a little bigger, but I know about the size/quality issues. Great poses and facial expressions! Could you put in a good word for me buddy, and see if you can get me tickets to their next gig? LOL.
