Lot's of rich texture and shapes to appease our demand for eyecandy, but it's also the choice of content... the bubbly, swirly, intricate jewelry and glittery shine this world asks us to give in return for approval that is reserved for the most noteworthy for the fleeting moment. And the parchment / illustrated effects gives me a feel for older times.
