Realistic and great expression!

Good impression of her skin, lips, eyes, and hair. I've seen renders where hair looks like a wig because of shadow under it, but not here. And you've pulled her in close to whisper distance by depth of field. Not sure about the blending choice of the background, though, but strong image.
