My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

I love it!!!!!!!! Great capture ps Happy Mother's Day

I've been having Prague flashbacks (email from Pavl does that you know) and this makes me think of the sort of thing you'd see as you're climbing all of those stairs to Beth's old apartment (and she lived one floor below me) when the broom-closet sized elevator wasn't working. I love the view. Such a nice pattern. I like the capsule shape this naturally forms. Would this be vertiginous or something else, since you're looking up?

Super capture and fantastic design abstract, but the darn thing looks like it's smiling.

I got a little dizzy looking at it. Which means it's an awesome capture that can do that. Well done.

I do love those muted colours in particular - it has also a cool graphic design feel to it, like one of those from M.C.Escher ;)) BB

OK, if I forget that this is facing up and assume that I'm looking forward it looks to me like a really artistic spiral roller-coaster-style ladder, and once I see that I can't unsee it...I always love these stairway perspective shots. Very well done indeed, you!!!

Lines can be so interesting ... as you can see! Merely stupid if the lift is broken. Stages count is soo tiring.

Love these staircasesd...I first thought you'd deviated to London! There's a brilliant example in Somerset House, leading to the Courtalrd exhibition..( think I've spelt that wrongly ...someone may correct!)

Superb capture Tara. God bless.

They don't make these anymore...modern staircases tend to be a bore. Well done hon:*
