Description
Description: this image was intended to be a cover for the reissue of the novel Rostov Rising by Roger Bourke White Jr. In its current state I consider it unfinished but worth showing. The Fire Gene is supposed to be defending the Baron Rostov against the angry queen of dragons on the plane of fire.
Programs used: Photoshop, Vue Xstream, Poser
Process: The Ifrit is that of Sanctum Art Phenotype Alpha. I processed many layers in Vue using the standard fire textures over his model and texture. The dragon comes from Daz3d’s Sub-Dragon with the feather’d optioned wings of Phoenix wings from RuntimeDNA
