Looks a lot better in ZOOM.
One person said it might be a Scrub Lupine - Lupinus aridorum. Adding this in case I forget.

They have the Lupine shape and they look very nice in these groupings!

I love your photo and this flowers. They have a different leaf as the Lupine which bloom here(The Netherlands). It's great they coming up each year. Here our Lupine most are eaten by snakes ;-).
