Description
Here's a mandala I created from Iris petals and flowers I photographed yesterday and turned into a mandala in Photoshop using 6 layers and the Redfield kaleidoscope plugin.
As always your comments are both appreciated and desired.

Looks like a flower.

There are different kinds of mandala, some I call synthetic and others I call natural, this one in my opinion falls under the category of "Natural", this is beautiful and does indeed look exactly like a flower as the previous comment suggests, this is a good thing as nature is probably the greatest artist of them all and using natures own work as an element in one's art is a very good choice to make. Well done.

Thank you! I create mandalas from fractals and flowers daily. I spend mornings in spring and summer photographing flowers and afternoons creating mandalas. I print them on a new printable fabric called Polysilk and stitch them to a round metal ring. They are stunning!
