Description

The Palau de la Musica is an Art Nouveau building with an interior mainly in glass and ceramics, what brings perfect acoustics. The photo was taken from the balcony. On the wall at the back of the podium are musicians, partly mosaic, partly sculpture. In the ceiling is a kind of inwards bending stained glass window, which brings the daylight in the middle of the hall, instead of the classical chandelier. The architect was Lluis DomÃ¨nech i Montaner.
