Description

It came from outer space, and could pass as an asteroid or meteor when it enters the atmosphere. Captured 5/16/13, early morning, just outside of my condominium complex. I don't know what this viscous mess is, and there was no odor. It wasn't there when I began my walk, but was there when I returned forty-five minutes later. Being that no one bothered or even attempted to clean it up, dollars to donuts it was dropped or tossed by either a feral youth or transient vagrant. In any case, It easily rivals what some eccentric artists do when they throw paint at a canvas in a pique of creation. Adieu, and have a nice day.

It's art, for sure, Harry; the splay of drops has a wonderfully free feeling. Hopefully it's something foodlike that will dissipate quickly, since you don't get rain this time of year in your area. If it's paint you'll be seeing it for a while, I'm afraid. Excellent captures!

Based on the evidentiary splatters on the ground here, it was not dropped but thrown. The tail on this displays that. No odor suggests that it could be some type of dairy product such as ice cream or yogurt. In any event the Capture was excellent, who could be so fortunate, hope you did not step in it. Good job!

Looks like you're a victim of the Mayonnaise Bomber. Be careful or soon you could be getting Grey Poupon your shoe.
