Description

One of this what if... planes, never flights. There have been some airplanes built by German Dornier like the DO 335-A0 or DO 335-V11, which have had a prop on the back and front side of the plane. It's nickname has been "Pfeil" (eng. "Arrow"). If you are interested you will find more information at Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dornier_Do_335). The plane on the picture isn't the "Pfeil" but somewhat, what could have been developed out of it. A classical What-If-Plane. Oh yes, the sitting pilot is looking to the front. (full size view will take some time...)

Looks like what the Do 335 would have been if it had been built by Junkers :)

At least you'd never really know which direction it is travelling? ;-) Or is that what happened when Hitler got Microsoft to write all the Junkers manuals?
