Description

Still exploring Daz Studio. :) In this I was trying to understand how the lighting worked. I'm finally getting familiar with some of the settings, and the results they render. Next I think I'll spend some time with materials. I decided to use the alien as a rare fantasy race. There's no reason they have to be limited to SciFi :) I think all the elements of this work well together, and I added the sparkles to make the background more interesting. Thanks for your views and comments on my recent posts. The colthing is from 2 diferent sets by Xurge3D. RECENTLY FEATURED ON MSN Nerdcore.

What floor did you use in this scene and did it render with the reflections or did you have to add them. Another really nice render.

I am impressed by the work you have done here ... the reflections on the floor look great (it was not easy to make reflections when I used Daz 2 years ago) and I like the add of the sparkles ! A beautiful scene all together with that unique character and with the way you have posed the DM props ... an excellent work !

The scene uses DM's Refuge... including the floor :) I set the Reflection Strength dial to 66%. For reflections to work in Daz Studio, you have to have a Skydome, and a complete scene surrounding the reflective item. :)
