Very nice! Skin texture is pretty realistic. I'm guessing you rendered it in Poser or Daz Studio but I think if you rendered that in something like LuxRender or Octane it would look super real.

Thanks for your comments folks. The render was done in PP2010. I have tried all sorts of fancy shaders for skin but have come to the conclusion that simple is best.The shader uses a diffuse colour map, bumpmap and a specular map to apply a touch of blinn via the alternate diffuse, nothing else. The figure is inside a room with a single point light near the ceiling and there is no GC applied.
