Description
Captured 5/18/13, early morn, within the interior premises of my condominium complex. Just one of two handy excrement facilities on the grounds.
A ZOOM will make for easier reading.
With her sizable canine corps, I wonder if Andrea has access to any similar sanitation aides in her general area.

Well seen Harry. We carry our own supply of little plastic bags attached to our dog's leash. Many parks in the US have some version of what you have in your area...and responsible dog owners are quite good at using these things. Good catch:)

We have these all over around here too; too bad dogs can't read, though! And apparently some owners can't read either... Excellent captures, Harry, and glad to see your condos are doing their best to keep things clean!
