Description
Here ya go mate. This is me in 1996 taking my new Ford Fairmont Ghia for a run! I had this car for 10 years and it was a fantastic vehicle. The guy I sold it to still zips around the streets in it, even though it's now done over 400,000 km's.
From an old scan.

Looks like it was a nice vehicle, and you haven't aged much in 17 years, LOL!

What a cutie! the car is ok too, but I should hate new cars, you have to worry about them.

Andrea, I buy new cars because you DON'T have to worry about them! Unlike second hand cars, I get 5 years free sevicing and they never brake down! Andrew

Fantasic mate and what a fine vehicle. You both really got amazing mileage out of it. I'd have brought it off you if you lived a bit nearer. It even has the steering wheel on the correct side lol. Cheers mate :)

Ford used the Fairmont name during the 70's here. I had a Monarch which was the Mercury version(1975). it was comfortable on long drives

A wonderful scan mate and you look very good also. 400,000 km and I thought I was doing good to have passed 122,000 miles last weekend.
