Description
Finally.... number 4 of my Hills Challenge is done. I took a different approach with this last one. For the hills I've used heightmaps instead of the using Vue's terrain tool features to create a hill. I like the outcome. The only thing that stopped me from posting until now was that I haven't been able to find the right tree, but Ye Olde by Jan Walter Schliep is just the one for this scene. Spent a little of my Cornucpia3D contest prize money on it :-)
This closes my little challenge, but I may post some more variations..... Enjoy!

Looks good and the trees look great.

nice work, I imagine you can add a child there running in the fields.

Thanks for the comments. Adding the child is a nice idea :-)

A very nice and interesting picture !! I like the lighting on the trees and I notice Flinks' Meadows renders very well in Vue !! Excellent work !!
aeilkema
Thanks both of you! Yes, Flink's Meadow 2 (and perhaps 1 as well) renders very well in Vue, but it can be slow, depending on the atmosphere settings used. This image almost took 3 hours to render, but it was worth waiting for :-)
