Terrific color, contrast and depth in this beautiful rendering. I never heard of Thea or Charon. I thought the Earth has had only one moon, being created when another huge body struck our world way back when, shooting out debris which eventually coalesced into our nearest neighbor. I've also read that our moon was just floating around in space and was captured by the Earth.
