Description

A set with each of the 6 different chess pieces in white, on an infinite chess board. Mostly a Blender practice. I wanted to try modeling using nurbs/curves, and each piece is a single nurbs curve spun on it's axis, except for the knight, which has an additional bezier circle. Must say blender's focus blur is a very nice and easy feature to use. See more places this arwork has been posted at: http://binarte.com/art/Turns_for_the_best-1/

I've never worked with Blender, but it looks like you can do some wonderful things. Very nice work, the pieces look like you could reach right in there and touch them.
