Deep in the shady sadness of a vale Far sunken from the healthy breath of morn, Far from the fiery noon, and eve’s one star, Sat gray-hair’d Saturn, quiet as a stone, Still as the silence round about his lair; Forest on forest hung about his head Like cloud on cloud. No stir of air was there, Not so much life as on a summer’s day Robs not one light seed from the feather’d grass, But where the dead leaf fell, there did it rest.

Your title sent me on a tripping wander through my music collection, an interview with a favorite songwriter, a once-again listen to a song he thinks is great (and I never liked), and a momentary lapse of continuity. (Why was I there, again?) Ah yes. Your title. The lyric that started all this was ... It's the cold shoulder Or the vicious stroke You can laugh it off But it ain't no joke... (It's from Everything in Gray by Danny O'Keefe.) I love the photograph. Great composition, the lighting is perfect, and your choice of subject is outstanding. The "cold shoulder" against the much more richly textured hair ... superb! It's a brilliant photograph. Bright light and dark shadow, perfectly in balance and gorgeously done. Pin-up? LOL! Love it!

I like the warm color tones & the lighting shows off the textures of the sculpture perfectly...
