Hi, I'm Andrea, and I'm interested in creatures and plants both wild and tamed, and people of all sorts. I only use a compact digital camera ,as I love being able to get it into a back pocket, and not have to cart heavy kit about. I carry a Panasonic Lumix TZ series, binoculars and a hand lens almost everywhere. Most of my outings are with the dogs so I only use point and shoot.
I am getting the hang of Photoshop, thanks to some very kind folk on RR!Â
I have a wildlife garden in Bournemouth, Dorset, in the UK, and spend a lot of time there . I retired from teaching art to teenagers a while ago.
I'm now getting some good results with my digi compacts; it took me a while to make the switch from my old film camera, an 1960 ish Pentax Spotmatic, but the mistakes are much cheaper! Â
I have 4 lodgers, 3 dogs and a parrot who, as at 2017, I have had 40 years.
I has so far had 19 dogs, mostly rescues.

Quite lovely; when I looked at the thumbnail, I thought it was something organic and somewhat gelatinous; but now I see it's a perfume-toting unicorn. Does the horn screw off? I'm curious as to what this stuff smells like now. I really love your treatment of this. The colors are fantastic..Now the name of the product makes me think it might be something H.P. Lovecraft would have worn (poor thing!) as Unspoken Ultra is right up his alley as something allegedly unspeakable to the nth degree. Hmmm...maybe the name was inspired by his indigo (nearly purple) prose.

GREAT WORK

A green unicorn with a golden horn; arcane and beautiful all in one, with nice postwork, A.

I love the gold against the green better that the one on the other side!

This is a nice green and gold manipulation. I am puzzled by the connection between 'Unspoken Ultra' and a unicorn. Is it magical or mythical? Or does it just smell like wet a horse?

I think I can answer Mark's questions ... Avon tends to market toward teenage girls and young women with dreams of ... who knows what ... I've never been that sort of girl! LOL! They market to the fantasy, as do all perfume manufacturers, I presume, but to a less "sophisticated" crowd.
