Description
On the country park, ducklings, cygnets & the calves. So cute.
In our paper (front page) was the story of some 14/17 year old youths, killing all the ducklings in a park. Those that they didn't stamp on or play football with were put through peoples letter boxes. Now I know what I would do with them & it wouldn't be the slap on the wrist that they will most probably get. They would be at least named & shamed in the paper accompanied by their picture :o( :o(

Wonderful photos. terrible news about those boys and what they did to the animals. I would wish they would bring back the public stocks and have them put in those stock with a sign detailing what they did. then have baskets of rotten fruits and vegetables available for passersby's to throw at the youths. that and a public flogging

I agree with Mike, it was such a dreadful and sickening act of willful disregard for precious life, and life is so very precious. Makes me so sad to hear about such terrible deeds. And all they will get is a slap on the wrist really. The court will wag it's finger and maybe put them in a nice facility with basketball and tv. Then later will wonder in shock at how they became serial killers.

Working at our local police department I am always astounded at how juveniles are treated. Oh my! You can't lock them up in a cell...it may traumatize them. Therefore, an officer or detective has to sit with them and babysit them as it were. And then, since they are juveniles, well we don't want to traumatize them, so we will only assign them community service at the local soup kitchen. NO!!! If you are sick enough to kill and torture little innocent, defenseless ducklings, you should get a MUCH worse sentence!! Those who torture and kill little animals often go on to become killers. I hope they catch these sick juveniles and throw the book at them!!!

Todays youth are more into torture than saving lives or allowing nature to go it's own way. I would back Andrea as the local wildlife Sheriff and I am not making a joke!. :o) We have a Sheriff in Phoenix, Arizona that Andrea would love.
