Description
This is the end of the ceremony,when senior class sing the School anthem. When I realized that 39 years ago, I was in that circle singing the same anthem that my son this day, in the same yard, in the same building, I was so excited that tears invaded my eyes. Generally, my thoughts and his thoughts are thousands of miles away, but that night, I could feel that for a moment we both live together the same emotion.

Oh, Neto, what a lucky man you are to be able to share this moment with your son. As he moves through life both of you will have the opportunity to share other moments together and one day perhaps tears will invade his eyes as he watches his son graduate. A very touching image and story.

What a striking and touching image. I really love the sense of mood and color; those lanterns look more like blossoms than anything else,and given the event taking place, I think the image of blooms is accurate. This is a really wonderful image, a capture of a very specific, special moment, and that makes it all the more moving.
