Description
Those eggs in the last pic belong to the Purple Martin birds which we get lots of them here and they have such a pretty song they like to hang out at the pond for bugs.

as a child my mother had a honeysuckle vine and I recall the insects loves them. we always had to take care of the bees and wasps beautiful photo

Lovely capture of honeysuckle with nice detail. I wish I could capture mine but it seems to be attacked by blackfly every summer withering and killing stems before it's matured. I have sprayed it countless times but it seldom lasts free of them for long. I could do some great macro shots of earwigs too... curse them.. lol

I love honeysuckle from the first bloom to the last used to pull the end out and get that lil drip of nectar when I was a kid........haven't saw any up close in years......would love to get a pic of some before the summer is gone............ Hugs Susan
