a man in Florida was living on a house boat and was moored to a dock. the city was trying to make him pay home owners tax. he took them to court and I am thinking he won. some developers was wanting the docks to make a new development and greased the right politicians but they lost it would be so awesome to do what you are dreaming about superb capture
