Description

Bryce7.1Pro/Wings3D/Photoshop I decided to give Daviid Brinnen's volumetric snow ProMaterial a go in this one,and it works very well! Two custom terrains create the landscape,as well as an additional terrain for the crash site snow displaced by the impact.Ship is one of my Wings3D models. All materials are ProMaterials, some slightly modified.Sky,light and atmo are all custom...clouds created in DTE, Snow effect applied to a large cube .Postwork involved a slight levels adjustment, signature and resizing. Thanks for viewing and any comments you wish to leave!

Really nice work on the terrains and textures. I'm surprised applying the snow material to a cube is so effective, but it is.

Brilliant! The snow fall effect is great, the terrains and the model UFO look awesome as well. Now I have to try that cube idea myself... :-)
