Description

Looking through my pics I found this one of my lovely Pagan. The day before her 10th birthday Mike had to do a very serious operation on her. There was air escaping into her body. Her ribs were opened & he mended a hole in her lung, patching it like a bicycle tyre repair. He told me he had her opened up for 4 hours. The op went well & he said she could come home in a few days, that was the Saturday. On the Sunday morning Mike called & said I had better come & get Pagan as she was barking & would do herself more harm than good. So home she came with a bright green bandage round her body & a drain inserted. I had to take her everyday to see Mike so he could drain the fluid off of her. She recovered so well & thanks to mike Pagan lived to the ripe old age of 13 1/2. That is NOT a check chain round her neck. It is a 3 in one collar. I don't use chains.
