Description
...on the starboard side.
Almost as pretty as an Andrea perfume bottle.
Captured 6/19/13, early on an overcast morning, about half a mile from my heavenly haunt.
Sharper detail viewed full size.
Ta-ta, and enjoy yourself, it's later than you think.

Pretty complex piece of plastic-art, probably going to cost $200 to replace one, lol.

the first image you ever dedicated to me---if I have my chronology correct---was called something like "for anahata.c, master of the abstract". I'll never forget it, because, among other things, you made a terrific abstract! But I wonder if you realize how much you capture life "in the abstract". It's a misleading term, because it means to "draw something out," or to extract an essence. (That's not as cold as 'abstract' is often felt to be.) This is case in point: A terrific, dancing, jumping coagulation of forms and sheens and swoops and planes, a real abstract, and extraction of all kinds of visual essences. Of course, you've shown your eye for headlights before; but they never grow tired or old in your hands: They're still fresh. The background is suitably black, to set-off this wonderfully silver-white montage. And the different reflective surfaces make it almost a museum display. Opulent, and it makes one realize what gems are awaiting us just around the corner. Almost belongs in a jeweler's case. Terrific capture, Harry.

Nice play on detail and reflections. There is a lot going on this light assembly. Great job!

The words 'over the top' spring to mind.. lol What does it all do? Its certainly very pretty that much I agree with.. But I imagine it just adds $'s to the price.. Nice shot Harry.. Rob
