Well spotted!! An excellent capture too. It is an unusual Latin name, does the second word mean like a cucumber? If so it suits the end of his body.

A stellar representation of nature, red in tooth and claw, in this sterling macro of the predator at work, doing what its genes have programmed it to do. And I like the reflectivity and patterns of the leaf, along with the holes.
