I am married with children haha "24 years" I love to take pictures and write poetry. but as much as I love to take pictures my real passion is my poetry. I hope to someday write a 1,000 poems. I am at about 400 so I got a ways to go. I love RR. it is a great place to meet and make artist friends. besides all of that I lead a pretty boaring life haha. I hope to someday take up Poser but I am not very patient so I don't know when I will start that. It seems to me like it would take a lot of patients. That is pretty much all there is to me.

Wonderful poem. It reminded me of an ancient Saturday Night Live sketch where a very old John Belushi is standing over the snow covered graves of his cast mates while being interviewed by an unseen reporter. "All your friends died young. How have you managed to live so long?" "You want to know the secret? Its because I am a dancer!" And Belushi starts dancing in the snowy graveyard as the music plays. Randy, tell Merrylee that she doesn't need a partner to dance. All she has to do is just close her eyes and feel the music.

You can dance ... But don't forget who's taking you home And in whose arms you're gonna be So darlin', save the last dance for me...

Very beautiful poem and image. They go beautifully together. I love the last line (and title). All over the world there are dancers and others who watch and dance along in their minds. The light dances on the water. The leaves dance in the wind. Like in the bag scene from "American Beauty", all around things are dancing. So while the winds blow cold in your northern world, watch for the dancers. "And this bag was just... dancing with me ... like a little kid begging me to play with it. For fifteen minutes. That's the day I realized that there was this entire life behind things, and this incredibly benevolent force that wanted me to know there was no reason to be afraid." (American Beauty)
