thought i post one of my paintings as I paint on it each day. may bore you all. hope not.

I did a wash here to place the colors I wish. The brown is going to go. I do not like it.
I did a drawing on the board first. This is my first time in years i painting on a 18x24 inch board.
The wash was so wet I had to lay it down flat. I not a fast painter as it will take manhy days to finish this. i work from 20 minutes a day to a few hours depending on how things going in the real world

Yes, a feeling of heat from all the movement, Jock. You put in much more effort developing your images than most of photographers do in theirs.

This is looking super so far Jock, and you won't bore me at all. I can't get over what a dynamic feel it already has so early on. I've taken time to go look at Helle's painting also, and am so glad you decided to paint this one also. Will you include it in your gallery showing coming up ?

OH WOW! This will NOT be boring at all, but instead it will be very exciting :-) I Have made severel WIp´s myself, Also on this, but I began too late in the progress taking shots, but I have better progresses of the frog and the two last pastels :) I am looking forward to see the next progress of this.. It already looks promising. I work same way as you do. Running in and out, when I have time and in between drying :) Great fun :))) I learned the last few years, that i can leave it and come back as much as i like. I couldnt do that beforel.
