Description
A new poster commission. Another project for the "Can't Stop The Serenity" charity.
The request was to retexture my Firefly hover train and render a poster that was reminiscent of the train travel posters of the 40's and 50's.
The background is collage of mesas and canyons from Monument Valley and the Grand Canyon. The planet is supposed to be Belix, a ringed planet with two moons. The ring is a composite of a hi-res NASA photo of the rings of Saturn.
Total work was about 7 hours. Comments and critique always welcome.

Very well done, it harkens back to those early Republic serials for me with a "Buck Rogers" feel along with a definate look of the 30's-40's great train posters. A fine sum of it's parts.

It's indeed a great work, but personally I think you need more space on the left side and less on the right :-)
