It seems still not perfect to me, but I hope sea and clouds look a little better.

Great detail. I like those bunps you have in the beach sand and the walkway. Is the peice of paper supposed to be off the ground? You might want to dirty or roughen up the benches and lamp posts a bit. If it's raining, maybe add a few puddles and splashes?
