A fiery blossom of remembrance. It is indeed a tragedy that they died. That fire still isn't under control. It most likely won't be the last this year with our lack of rain and high temperatures in the West. A touching and beautiful dedi from one who knows, Jeff.

It is hearbreaking; they were so young and so dedicated. It can't be easy for their families. My prayers are added to yours for their remembrances.

I feel the same way Jeff, particularly since I have had a long association with nice people in Prescott Arizona where these firefighters mustered from. Embry Riddle Aeronautical University continues to use some of my books for teaching their electronics courses, but few would know that after 911 Americans became more protective of their country and everything in it with the result that almost all of my American customers in many universities and colleges all over the States stopped ordering any books from me, and this happened overnight, it just dried up. Many Americans are shocked to hear that story but the same thing happened to a great number of Canadian businesses. I was told I should do business through a US mailing address but I thought that would be dishonest. Anyway, Embry Riddle was one of the very few that continued to do business with me, right up to this day and I won't ever forget that. And I also made a point to visit that campus and enjoyed meeting many very nice people working there! So my thoughts are very much with those families who lost loved ones in that fire disaster.
