Description

Bryce7.1Pro/Wings3D/DazStudio/Photoscape3.5/Photoshop All ships and structures are my own Wings3D creations,with various Bryce preset and ProMaterial textures applied. Terrains are from Tectonics Evolved Vol.2,with modified ProMaterials and Seriously Real Materials applied.Two custom terrains create the paved areas,heightmap templates created in Photoshop.Figures are Predatron's Loretta Lorez,LoRes Modern Males and LoRes Arab,from Daz3D and imported via DazStudio. Water is a ProMaterial Warm Water by Brinnen. Distant moon is textured in another Seriously Real Material. Sky,light and atmo are custom...sky used as IBL,sun enabled,custom RGB settings. Postwork in Photoshop consisted of veg detailing to foreground terrains,a slight levels boost,signature and resizing. In Photoscape I added a bloom effect and border. Love the overall Futurist look to the setting, a mood picked up in the architecture, sort of Oscar Niemeyer (Cathedral of Brasilia) meets William Pereira (Theme Building, Los Angeles International Airport), a really interesting piece – recalls my misspent youth lost in the architecture section of the public library dreaming of a world populated by Paolo Soleri-esq Arcology and mile high towers. Nicely done my friend. 5+

Fabulous scene! Somewhere in south east Asia, there is a secret lair where the uber-villain plots to dominate the world and you found it, way to go 007, you are the worlds greatest spy. Sorry, this just hit me the moment I saw it as a perfect 70-80 Bond villain hideout.

Beautiful work. I'm glad to see you getting on so well with Wings3d. I wonder how much boolean modeling you are doing nowadays? Less likely, but still some as boolean modeling concepts are still important in Wings3D and other vertex modeling applications. I love the atmosphere you've created here.
